Privacy policy


CONSEJO Ltd. is a controller of personally identifiable information (PII), according to the meaning of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
This Privacy Policy provides information on how CONSEJO Ltd. processes collected or received personal data about customers, contractors and users of the site www.consejo.bg.

1. What PII do we collect?
CONSEJO Ltd. processes the following PII that you (as s principal of PII) provide to us voluntarily, in connection with:
  • your request through our site and sending you an offer - name, surname, e-mail, telephone (to the management of the organization and to a contact person);
  • implementation of consulting services (and contracts) - name, surname, email, telephone (of the management and responsible employees of the organization);
  • registration and participation in Training - name, email, phone;
  • sending a CV to the office e-mail, in connection with advertisements published in "Careers" - three names, date of birth, address, telephone, e-mail address, photo, education, professional qualification, data about your previous experience;
  • sending invitations for upcoming Trainings - name, email;
  • communication with our suppliers and their employees - name, position, phone, email.
 
2. Why do we need your PII and on what grounds do we use them?
We process your personal data for specific and legitimate purposes, on the following legal grounds:
  • processing inquiries and offers - on the basis of taking steps at the request of the subject before concluding a contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, b);
  • performance of the consulting service and activities for purchase of goods and services from suppliers - on the grounds of performance of a contract (Art. 6, para. 1, b);
  • conducting Trainings – as a performance of a contract (art. 6, par. 1, b);
  • selection of candidates – for the purposes of the legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, f);
  • sending invitations for upcoming Trainings - on the basis of your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, b);
When we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.

3. What do we do with the collected personal data?
Your PII is processed in CONSEJO Ltd. on the territory of Bulgaria. The hosting and storage of your data is carried out within the European Union or in third countries with a decision for an adequate level of protection. The company processes your PII with automatic (fully or partially) and non-automatic (on paper) means. 

All electronic and paper media containing PII are duly protected by the relevant organizational and technical measures introduced through the functioning certified Information Security Management System ISO 27001:2013, which also meet the requirements of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

When you call our company phones with a question about the Trainings conducted by CONSEJO Ltd., if you wish, we can record your contact details and at a later stage to send you information about the planned Trainings.

You can register on our web site to receive invitations to Trainings. By registering, you consent to the processing of your data for the relevant purpose - sending invitations.

The company does not provide your PII to third parties.

4. How long do we store your personal data?
We store your PII for the period of fulfillment of the purposes for which the information is collected and in compliance with the relevant legal requirement, as follows:
  • The data collected in connection with the inquiry/offer is not stored if the offer is not approved;
  • The accounting documents and the accompanying information on the execution of contracts for consulting service/Training shall be stored for 10 years, as of January 1 of the reporting period, following the reporting period to which they refer, according to Art. 12 of the Accounting Act;
  • Contact details for sending invitations are processed until you revoke your consent to receive invitations;
  • Information of candidate employees (CVs) are stored until the end of the selection procedure;
After the expiration of the specified period, your PII will be destroyed.

5. What are your rights?
5.1. Right of access and right to receive a copy of your PII
You have the right to receive confirmation whether we process your PII. If so, you may have access to your personal data and to certain information about how it is processed. For this purpose, you can fill in the relevant access request.
5.2. Right to correct your PII
You have the right to request the correction of your PII that is inaccurate or incomplete.
5.3. Right to delete ("right to be forgotten")
You have the right to request the deletion of your PII when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, as well as in other cases provided for in the Regulation, for example if you wish to withdraw your consent or the data has been processed illegally.
5.4. Right to limit PII processing
If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data for a period that allows us to verify it, as in other cases provided for in the Regulation, you may request a restriction on the processing of your personal data.
5.5. Right of portability
You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to transfer this personal data to another controller of PII when processing such personal data:
• is based on agreement or contract with us and
• is performed in an automated manner.
When you have exercised your right of portability, you have the right to ask the Company to directly transfer your PII to another administrator, when this is technically feasible.
5.6. Right to object to PII processing
You have the right, on grounds related to your specific situation, to object to the processing of PII.

If you wish to exercise any of your rights or have questions about the PII processing, please contact us at the contacts published on our website. We will review your inquiry/complaint and receive a response within 30 days of receipt. If necessary, this period may be extended by up to two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, of which you will be informed in good time, including the specific reasons for the delay.
