What is Management System


WHAT IS AN ISO STANDARD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?

The management system of an organization defines the policies and procedures, that guarantee to the customers a constant Quality, safety and security of the offered product and service, regardless of the quantity and term of implementation, as well as compliance with the applicable legal requirements. The management system stimulates the continuous increase of customer satisfaction.
 
Management systems are a key factor for the prosperity of any company. In addition to significantly increasing competitive power, the implementation of management systems based on management standards unifies the working process in the organization, reduces the production costs, increases the productivity, increases profits and eliminates inefficient business processes.
