In connection with the preparation of documentation for obtaining the status of AEO, the CONSEJO team performs the following activities:
1. Review of the condition for establishing the degree of compliance of the available documentation with the requirements for obtaining an AEO certificate, according to the AEO Guide – TAXUD/B2/047/2011 – Rev.5, etc. instructions published on the website of the Customs Agency.
2. Development of the necessary documents (Procedures, Instructions, Forms, etc.) in connection with the requirements of the AEO. Practice shows that most of the requirements for AEO are related to the application of the requirements of the standards: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 28000, etc.
3. Identification and assessment of the risks concerning the business of the economic operator.
4. Consulting and assistance in filling in the documents (application, forms, questionnaire, etc.) that are submitted for the issuance of an AEO certificate.
5. Submission of amendments to the documentation after the inspections by the customs authority for fulfilment of the clauses and criteria for granting the status of AEO.
Issuance of certificates for Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) is carried out by the Central Customs Directorate (CCD).
